I need a platform that provides these services:

1. Tier III Network Administration
2. Tier III System Administration
3. Software Image and Patch Administration
4. Web Optimization and Configuration
5. Full Stack Software Developer

I wouldn't mind it if seperate platforms do them or if they are in one place, whichever I really don't mind, so long as I find somone that does them as soon as possible.

Perhaps you were planning to post this question on Stackoverflow.com, most folks here would pay someone to install a WordPress site let alone fathom the difference between System Administration versus Patch Administration.

3. Software Image and Patch Administration

If you are using AWS, you can use their image builder to easily do this, but you would have to be on AWS. In general for an on perm, I would be using Kubernetes and Docker to get that automated.
