It is about the rise of the super wealthy, how there are so many billionaires and people worth over $100 million nowadays (heck, people worth at least $500 million even), that they have created their own class in itself.

After reading and watching this, it seems neat, for example, inflation for the wealthy is a lot worse than it is for the middle-class, on the other hand, things like the price of oil don't seem to really affect them; for example, despite the increasing cost of jet fuel due to oil's rise in cost, private jet sales tripled in 2007 from what they were in 2006!
