Treasure trove of needs in our faces everyday

In the process of sourcing different materials for the product I am working on and just exploring and researching ideas in general, I have come across a simple realization. Right in front of my face, in search of the key to success in my journey are a literal cornucopia of needs.

Many here have already discovered this and have used it to launch or begin launching there own fastlane business or similar. Here I will explain to you specifically what I am referring to.

So you like I have been searching away looking and researching ideas, leads, manufacturers, success stories, motivational secrets, Seo tips and so much more. Many of these niches are saturated, however many more are not. If you are having a really hard time finding something specific then chances are others are experiencing similar difficulties. The internet has so much information available that sometimes we take for granted when something is not easily found or solved with a few quick searches or a visit to a site that you may think will have what you are looking for but does not. Time is money and fact is no one wants to spend it chasing their tail in circles trying to find what they are looking for. These are problems that many experience on a daily/weekly basis.

Just a few instances where I thought a simple search would yield what I am looking for or thought that something would be easier to figure out or find, but wasn't.

• I was trying to source what I assumed to be a very common material even locally in my small town. Turned out to be much more difficult to find a good/reasonably priced supplier than I originally thought. This involved several nights of searching with phone calls and even more follow up calls to get the info I was after. Why is this or should this be so hard? A suppliers job is to sell supplies, so why were they so hard to find and procure. Seems like an unnecessary obstacle for more sales to me.
• Manufacturing prototypes. If you are sourcing from China or a specific factory then your options are limited here. I chose a niche that offered more flexibility from me here. There were a few parts that I had originally planned to source to start with, but after some run around and disinterest on the part of some local shops and manufacturers. I decided to just do it all myself. I made a few mistakes on the original design but through some trial and error, figured out a fairly simple/cost effective way to produce the results I was looking for. Again thorough research yielded some tips/help but most was far harder to come by/find than I had anticipated.
• I have found some other issues sourcing materials for a side project to what I am working on. In exploring this further I believe I may have stumbled on an untapped need that could yield decent results on a local scale as well. Again I could not believe that some basic research did not turn up decent results. This was a simple material that is widely available all over the US or so I thought. Big Metros have more available than where I am currently located but it was a real pain to find a potential supplier.

These are just a few of the obstacles that I have encountered so far with many more minor issues unmentioned. In your own search for the fastlane or in the process of implementing your product/idea, what obstacles or problems did you encounter and how did you solve them? Could you create value/sales by helping others solve them? Remember that there are thousands if not millions of people who may be encountering these same obstacles.
