Stagnating? About to lose hope? When was the last time you pushed through those 5 extra reps?
So after 3 years of pretending to work out, 2 years of working out like crap and after 1 year of learning how to do it the proper way.... I came to a realization.
It's those 5 extra reps. They make all the difference in the world. Why? Because they're the ones that bring you to the next level.

Let me explain.
You wake up early in the morning and decide to do 50 pushups.
And, true to your word, you go through the 50 reps.
.....
........
and not a single rep over right?
We all set up objectives (50 pushups) but never break through them (55 pushups), only hit them like a wall.
----->
And it's true man...
After doing 50 pushups for over 2 months, it is only when I decided to force all my strength in thoses 5 extra reps (more like extra hard)

that the next morning I would look likethis:
until I didn't and needed to push through again.
Whenever I set an objective be it create a number of tweet, polls, posts, images a day. I always get the most results when I go beyond that objective, not when I become content with my "work for the day"
Even Mayweather says punch THROUGH THE BAG, NOT AT THE BAG!
Next time you do anything, go through those 5 extras reps of " any repetitive task that gives you results ".
It is the only way to go beyond.
