I'm not convinced moving from [incomplete] project to project is bad.

One learns new things, adapts, and pivots.

It's ok to be indecisive and change your mind. No one's flawless, that their first few ideas were so damn good, they should have stuck with those through and through.

So long as you eventually settle down with one solid, CENTS backed gameplan, you're good.

Hmmmm, i live the same situation right now, my head full of projects.... But you know what ?? Decided to focus on my main business ( most of my hours ), make it bigger....then move on to the next shiny thing....IT IS important to finish and have the descipline and endurance for it.
