The Labor Market: bargain or burden?

I am trying to find a way to position my company to enroll as many of the unemployed teachers as I can and teach them financial education so they, themselves, can become financial educators. It uses the leverage of other peoples' skills to financially educate the public, and gives them fresh and lucrative employment and investment opportunities.

Obviously, the overall problem is how expensive employees have become due to little fault of their own (outside of not taking charge of their financial lives). Ironic what happens without free markets: there is an over-abundance of human capital available right now, but employees are so expensive to invest in these days. Stick with independent contractors only or employ people part-time? What are your experiences? :shruggie:
