As a way to end the Jay-Z debate (albeit one sided debate) I offer a real entrepreneur, Daymond John. You may know him from the "Shark Tank" tv show or from his clothing line "FUBU". Came from a similar upbringing to J. Queens wasn't a nice place in the 70's/80's nor is being raised by a single mother a cake-walk. 250 mill net worth - self made.

List of achievements -
  • Recognized a demand in the market place, topless wool hats, made $800 profit first day. (Covers N and S principles, N- Cheaper hats S- Tons of people where he was selling, NYC)
  • Started the FUBU clothing line out of his mother's house
  • Networked with LL Cool J and persuaded him to market FUBU clothing.
  • Got over $300k orders from the Las Vegas Magic trade show, no booth!
  • $350mill revenue in 4 years after the trade show.
