Storing Digital Product?

Hey,

So I am getting ready to launch a personal development product. It is 4 CDs plus a small amount of support materials (PDF). I would like to offer this product all digital. I would like to do two things:

1. For everyone who comes to my website, they would be allowed to enter their name and e-mail in return for CD #1 of my program. (Free of charge)

2. Whoever is interested in purchasing the entire program would be allowed to do so and then download the 4 cds (in Mp3 format) and the PDF instantly.

3. This process I would like completely automated so I don't have to deal with it, just servicing the customer and providing more value.

My questions are about storage and the logistics of this. For those of you technology oriented treat me like a complete idiot and spell it out in lamens terms!

I must store the information correct? If this is so, what are the best storage places and what can I expect for a monthly cost? (I just looked at Amazon S3 but it appears to me that I have to pay every time someone downloads? If so, is there a better option out there??)

And number B, is there an easy way to have "individual" links? For example, one person downloads the free content in return for their name and e-mail, but that same link would not work for his buddy so he would also have to enter his name and e-mail? And also, if someone purchases the product, that link would only work for that person who purchased the product. (I realize there are ways around these for extremely committed people, but I'd like to head it off before hand)
