Hello all,

Considering that my decision to start a white label digital marketing agency was primarily influenced by The Millionaire FastLane Book, I thought it would only be appropriate to follow it up by creating a journal documenting the same.

As mentioned in my intro post - I have recently signed-up here, even though I have been lurking around this community for a while now.

My background:
Having 10+ years of work experience in online & offline Marketing (the slowlane - but grateful for the exposure :) ). Back when I first started, Orkut used to be one of the main platforms for social media marketing, lol.

Worked for both agencies & brands over the years, learning the intricacies of branding, perception building, online marketing strategies & execution.

Starting the Fastlane Journey
Inspired by TMF, started a White label digital marketing company in January of this year. The idea was to offer SEO, PPC & Social Media services to other agencies or consultants under their brand name.

Got my initial client from existing network & references, and within 2 months was making more than my salary.

After office hours & most of the weekends were invested in promoting the services and delivering work for the clients.

4 months in, revenue continued to increase with the 2nd agency coming on-board. However, at this stage, I was already running out of time for business development,
whereas the quality of delivery was not something to be compromised on.

So now 6 months into this venture, I am full-time fastlane entrepreneur. Even better, I have been joined by two partners who now assist me in delivery & operations. A couple of interns are also working for us now.

CENTS Principe:
Digital marketing agencies pretty much follow all the CENTS commandments except the ENTRY one.

Features:
  • Clearly Articulated Process for SEO, PPC, SMM.
  • Focussed on providing a more personalized approach to partners with a single point of contact
  • We follow a streamlined process with clear communication, so partners won't have to micro-manage everything when working with us.
  • Servicing worldwide clients (however, can only work in the English language as of now)
  • Flat, economical pricing of $300 per month, with a customized quote shared after reviewing the full scope of work
  • Fast response time with availability on skype, voice calls or email

Benefits:
  • Increase revenue and profit markups while minimizing overhead costs
  • Offer a complete range of white label digital marketing solutions
  • More time to focus on sales, strategy, and business development
  • Growing their business without having to hire resources in-house
  • No Contract. Work with us as long as you want
  • No minimum monthly volume commitment
  • Custom White Label Proposal and Reporting
  • NDA - confidentiality agreement to protect their client information
  • Result-oriented ethical approach
  • Manage their team’s workload
  • Deliver their client's work on time
  • Stay up-to-date with technology and best practices

Future Fastlane Goals:
Considering the immense experience & success of other members in this forum, I welcome ideas for increasing sales. (Already reviewing other notable threads on the topic, very useful so far)

Mainly looking to partner with other digital marketing agencies, website design & development firms, marketing consultants & other aspiring entrepreneurs who would like to offer digital marketing services.

Good luck everyone!

Hi Omnisol, another lurker here :)

You caught my attention on the concept of white label marketing agency.

I'm genuinely curious to know what makes the concept "white label".

Wikipedia says:
"A white-label product is a product or service produced by one company that other companies rebrand to make it appear as if they had made it."

Do you own software to manage processes and activities for marketing and you white label it to other companies?

What are you providing to other agencies?

For example, an agency that uses your white label marketing agency, what can they expect from you?

Thanks

Hello,

Thanks for pointing this out, the terminology can indeed be confusing to those new to the concept.

In simple words:

If an agency uses our white label marketing services, they can expect us to execute SEO, PPC & SMM services for their client's project. So the simple process would be as follows:

1. You decide which project (could be either an existing client or a new onboarding) needs to be assigned to us.

2. Next, share the project details with us (what the client's goals are from digital marketing activities. For example- increase organic traffic, or reduce CPA from PPC campaigns, or increase engagement rate on social media). We'll then share the quote with you based on our analysis.

3. After we both agree on the terms, NDA agreement would be e-signed. Once the payment is made - we would start working on the delivery. We would only be communicating with you, and would not be contacting your client directly anywhere in the process. The white label reports would be sent to you, with your logo or contact details, etc. So as far as the client is concerned, the work is being done from your end. We are never in the picture.

4. There is no white label software involved. You may also call this a "reseller" arrangement.

I hope this clarifies your question.

Ok, I think I get it, thanks.

So, if I would like to offer marketing services, I would get the clients and then your team would work behind the scenes to deliver the services to my clients on my behalf. Clients talk to me and I talk to you. Is that a correct assumption?

I first understood from your initial post that you would take care of "client-facing & outsourcing", but I may have wrongly misunderstood from your last sentence.

Yes, that's correct.

Yes, wasn't worded properly, have updated the op now.
