Hello all,
Considering that my decision to start a white label digital marketing agency was primarily influenced by The Millionaire FastLane Book, I thought it would only be appropriate to follow it up by creating a journal documenting the same.
As mentioned in my intro post - I have recently signed-up here, even though I have been lurking around this community for a while now.
My background:
Having 10+ years of work experience in online & offline Marketing (the slowlane - but grateful for the exposure ). Back when I first started, Orkut used to be one of the main platforms for social media marketing, lol.
Worked for both agencies & brands over the years, learning the intricacies of branding, perception building, online marketing strategies & execution.
Starting the Fastlane Journey
Inspired by TMF , started a White label digital marketing company in January of this year. The idea was to offer SEO, PPC & Social Media services to other agencies or consultants under their brand name.
Got my initial client from existing network & references, and within 2 months was making more than my salary.
After office hours & most of the weekends were invested in promoting the services and delivering work for the clients.
4 months in, revenue continued to increase with the 2nd agency coming on-board. However, at this stage, I was already running out of time for business development,
whereas the quality of delivery was not something to be compromised on.
So now 6 months into this venture, I am full-time fastlane entrepreneur. Even better, I have been joined by two partners who now assist me in delivery & operations. A couple of interns are also working for us now.

Digital marketing agencies pretty much follow all the CENTS commandments except the ENTRY one.

Considering the immense experience & success of other members in this forum, I welcome ideas for increasing sales. (Already reviewing other notable threads on the topic, very useful so far)
Mainly looking to partner with other digital marketing agencies, website design & development firms, marketing consultants & other aspiring entrepreneurs who would like to offer digital marketing services.
