Hello,
I am thinking of starting a website where institutions, companies and NGOs can publish their job offers to the public.
I have checked and found that there is no proper website in this country (in Africa) which offer that kind of service and where most International NGOs and local ones are required by law or by principle to advertise for job opportunities in newspapers, on tv, radio and online. I'll try to cover the online side.
It's difficult to explain but it's not about who will apply but about them advertising for jobs.
I have already found a wordpress theme I can use and able to take care of the web designing part.
My question is, how do I contact publishers so that they can pay to add/put their job offers on my website and pay for it?
