Starting a Franchise (Selling one NOT buying one)

Has anyone here actually taken an idea/business and developed it into a franchise that they then sold to other people? So in Fastlane speak they were the ones selling franchises not buying franchises.

Not there yet, but can recommend you three books that could give you a good foundation on franchising:

* Built To Sell
* E-myth
* Build a business, not a job
