Setting up Delaware LLC as a foreigner

I'm planning to set up a Delaware LLC as a foreigner. What would be the best way to do it? There are agents that I can find online - but most of them looked pretty scammy.

Background: I sell downloadable programs in the self-help niche and am based in Malaysia. I'm in need of a good credit card processor. Authorize.net only works for US-based merchants... and so I'll need to set up a US company and also get a US bank account. Local payment gateways just don't cut it - lack of good shopping cart integration is a major issue. I need something which supports seamless one-click-upsells.

I've been using Paypal as my payment processor for some time and I need an upgrade - it's definitely not a scalable solution. Not a fan of ClickBank due to its super-lax refund policies.
