So a thought just occurred to me, i do Uber Eats on my electric scooter pretty regularly, what if i started offering small items for sale for other deliver drivers as i do my delivery work riding around.
For example, i talked to chatgpt about the idea and it suggested things like:
Pizza bags
phone mounts
power banks
rain gear
U locks
helmets
lights
gloves,
My interest went towards power banks, they're very small and light and portable, i can easily carry 10 in my pockets alone.
I did some research and found this wholesaler,

10 dollars each with 30 dollar shipping.
If i spent 200 to start with i can get 17 chargers.
Even though it comes with attached cables which is nice, my gut feeling is eyeing around 22 dollar per charger, although 25 would be really nice.
at 22 each itd be 174 dollar profit,
at 25 itd be 225 dollar profit
I posted the idea of the UberEatsDrivers Reddit and got "lol", "bad idea", "Uh okay ♂️",
Idk it seems like a cool idea, i can make a small little banner with the picture of the charger and "22", and Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo symbols or something. So barely need to waste time talking just show the banner and say "charger?"
LOL any thoughts? maybe a different product would be better? maybe i gotta be careful and not get robbed of the merchandise in the streets of brooklyn too :/
But like the idea is solid, i got 3+ hours of battery life on my scooter and obvioulsy space in the back for stuff to sell, i can cover the ENTIRE borough of brooklyn in that time, ive done it while ubering going from north brooklyn damn near to coney island and even up to queens and back.
Maybe i can sell to non delivery people too, just wave the banner around showing what i have for sale, maybe people would be interested in some product.
Like ill be honest, I have some action faker vibes and i lose motivation about business ideas, but for this particular idea, i ALREADY do delivery work, this is just an addon to what im already doing.
I used to do drive by's in the summer by pretty girls trying to get phone numbers, i can do the same thing but applied to sales LOL
So its all really about finding the right product to sell, im leaning towards these chargers but idk
