Seeking Guidance

Whats going on everyone! I have a business Idea I'm executing this year and its in regards to creating an Application tool. I believe it will without a doubt take more than just me to create this app as well as the software in it. In regards to getting the business up and moving I need to find coding developers that can partner with me on this project. What my question is in regards to assembling a team, how does that work? I'm currently in the Military which I've been searching through my own network for connections however, what I'm struggling with is having trust in a new partner that they won't take the idea I present and run off to create it themselves. Also I've been writing up a business plan to show those potential partners but some questions in my head about that process is how do I decide what's a good way to still have ownership of the business but make them want to work alongside with me? Other than showing them the vision and the value how would the financial side of the business work? Is that something I shouldn't even worry about until we have a product? or, It's without a doubt something I should look into? I feel like a imposter in this business world so a lot of these technicality parts I just don't have the knowledge of. Do any of you have any recourses I can check out to become familiar with this process?
