I have a dozen or more years as a real estate investor, flipper, and rehabber, plus a lifelong background in construction trades, I’m also a software engineer with 10+ years in tech. I have a key man in place, and we're researching a first project to give him and "the business" a win and gold star on his resume for future endeavors.

• What fund structure worked best for keeping investors aligned?
• Any legal or regulatory issues in Florida that I should know about early?
• Tips for handling risks when buying properties in varying conditions.
