I am a residential Realtor in California. I work with a lot of short sales and a lot of investors. I can tell you exactly what property's investors are putting their money into and answer any questions you have about residential real estate. Most of my porpertys sell within a couple days of being listed. E.X. Had a short sale in Orange County , Yorba Linda condo for 180k got 4 cash offers in less than 10 days. Recently (yesterday) got a short sale in Chino for $290k , Might have a cash offer and its not on the market officially yet.
