I'm new here & thought I'd contribute something that helped me significantly this week.
As entrepreneurs, we're always thinking & brainstorming. An idea I had was so simple to the point it almost felt stupid.
Simply put, get a whiteboard for your room or office. You can get these for like 4 bucks at some stores. Set it up so you have to physically stand up in front of it (you can imagine yourself thinking of ways to change the world, dramatic music flowing in the background whilst you fiddle with your marker).
Instead of cramming a notebook full of doodles and worthless ideas, you now have the freedom to wipe away failed ideas or insights. Take the best ones and put them in your notebook.
Try it out, it never dawned on me that this is a great solution for people who are more "hands on!".
