Been thinking about this alot. Laws surrounding changing residence may vary from country to country. In Canada, from my understanding, it's possible to change residence while staying a Canadian citizen. This gave me an idea, I could live anywhere. Even better, I could live in countries where there is no income tax and benefit from that(since Canada taxes residents and not citizens).
This could be a whole adventure in itsself. Living for, say one year or more, in one place and then moving to experience living in different places. You'd meet so many different people, learn alot about different parts of the country as well as other countries and their cultures, as well as get a feel for where you'd most like to live.
Here are a few of mine, places I'd like to live when I'm job-free:
Las Vegas
Vancouver or Victoria BC
Cayman Islands
Hawaii
Holywood CA
Signapore
