Working on this business model canvas - trying to close the gap between service providers and strata owners.
Service providers: Is it valuable to have a marketplace of recurring customers focused in local area? Would it be possible to provide guaranteed service times / dates and staff accordingly?
Strata owners: How is your experience currently when you need to get something repaired (requires electrician, plumber, cleaner?

Recommendations on how this idea should be set up? Follow Uber's app model?
