Thought I would introduce myself! My name is Steven from Minnesota in the U.S. First off I want to say thanks to all that have posted their wisdom on this site, I just heard about it through the Rich Dad Forums and if I may be so bold it is quite a bit better! The last couple of days I have devoured much of the website and have learned much already!
I guess I should give my background. I am currently 22 and own my own business. If you couldn't tell by the name I teach martial arts, specifically Karate. I won't bore everyone with the details but I come from an extremely poor background in one of the worst neighborhoods, so needless to say I had a lot of overcome to get where I'm at today. (as I'm sure all of you have!) I can finally say I see the light, business is going great, the money is starting to pour in (FINALLY!!) The reason I found this website here is I have been researching purchasing multi-family homes, not because of all the late night TV spots but because I see it as one of the smartest investments and I really like all the aspects of it!
I am still learning so all help and wisdom is appreciated! I don't think you will find anyone as driven as I am these days :fastlane: My goal is to soon have everything I see you guys bragging about on here! :smxB: I want those things too!!!
