Hello there, my real name is Nabila, raised and born in North Africa ( des gens qui parlent français ? ناس بتحكي عربي ?
English is my fourth language so thanks for being understanding with my ( lack) of coherence sometimes
A new member from Canada
I run a " traditionnal " business that i started 2 years ago ( a learning and innovation centre ), the mid-term goal is to open another location ( negociating terms for the lease ) in March 2015 and start franchising September 2016. Long term goal is to open centeres in Dubaï and Doha ( Qatar)
I am also an accidental real estate investor ( long story ) but i really enjoy it .
Everything i do today forces me to go beyond my comfort zone and loving the journey. Even the sleepless nights, the challenging situations that i am unpreapared for, the learning curve has been amazing so far.

I bought my first property with the intention of living in it....3 months later, i changed work, and it was too far....instead of selling, i rented it out ....and i was hooked since then

and some people break their head doubting to see if they can be a real estate investor!

and you just do it "accidentally"

it's just about how you think about doing something....

you will think of reasons why you can or why you can't...both are right

if you are reading this and want to be a real estate investor, take Bila's advice and just do it "accidentally" stop overthingking!

Not to be bragging ( ok, maybe a bit but learning my fifth ( Spanish ) as well
