Hilarious that everyone hates that little wayne video on the channel you linked. You know why? Because he keeps saying "WORK HARD! You need to work hard!". And not "Sit back and visualize yourself, everything will come to you without lifting a finger!".

The thing is, you can work hard, but you absolutely need to keep a positive mindset and work smart - no question about it.

Those positive thinking guru's love to leave out the hard work part. I don't know why.
