Hello,

I have just made my matrix table comparing two different ideas I have for two different products (though they are similar) and th result was very close, 728 to 723.

Is this a close enough result to continue to expand and rethink the questions or answers or even if the result is so close the reason that one was higher should make me go for that result?

I guess my question is do you always go by what the matrix states even if the results are so close or is there always a percentage whereby you rethink the questions ot then give you a better differentiation.

Thank you
