My cousin is packing up and moving across the country and is looking to sell his house. It's 1 story with a finished basement and not far from Sunday River Ski Resort in Maine.
He has done a lot of work to the house and not much needs to be done to it at this point. He sits on .6 acres and all of that is nice lawn out back. It would make a nice place to rent in the Winter time for ski season.
If anyone is interested let me know. Not sure what the listing price is going to be. My guess is around $160k
