In the book (pg 124), it listed from Inc. (2009) some listings of industries with their respective multipliers. Does anyone know where on their site (or another site) is a 2010 listing? And whether these categories are broken down further to see multipliers in a higher level view of niches? (i.e. Computer Related Services --> Web Hosting, Computer Related Services --> E-Commerce, etc)
