I've been looking for a little while to increase my commercial / multi-family knowledge for a little while now.

Any recommendations for a good book on the subject? I have Trump University Commercial Real Estate Investing 101 by Lindahl and I thought it was great. he has another one out there that he put out on his own but i'm afraid it'll be the same thing the trump book was with a different cover.
