Hello,

I am in the process of demoing my new software product to new customers and it has been suggested that I protect the ideas, features and information during my presentation?

What is the legal document called for such a scenario? Where can I find templates for such a document.

What I would like to protect is:

The presentation participants agree not to disclose the product features to other parties outside of the presentation

The participants agree that they will not create a commercial software product that will compete with mine.
