I was reading some articles on the subject and couldn´t stop thinking about what would be the main steps and deliverables for getting a product from idea to market successfully.
I feel that often people get stuck on deliverables and details that do not really matter and therefor never ship their product.
Hopefully some members who have successfully launched 1 or more products could give us some insight on what they focus on and participate in some brainstorming.
Lets say for example you are traveling through China and discover a new sort of chemical/berry that has a ton of health benefits and you would like to import it to the US and turn that chemical/berry into a successful product line with pills/drinks whatever. What would you do?
