I rarely use my phone for the internet but couldn't a person just turn down the darkness on their phone? I think mine will even dim itself if I set a certain time.... I'm not sure on that last one but I think it will.

lol, I'm on my macbook in a dark room with the minimum brightness setting, and the forum makes my eyes bleed. I also use flux but it doesn't help when the webpage is plain white.
