Its good to be back here on this forum, I took a long break from it to focus on my health. One thing I learned that no matter how much money you have, if your health sucks or is heading that way, you better address it so that you can enjoy your family and accomplishments.

My wife and i made lifestyle changes and both lost 100ibs over 11 months & man has it made such a difference in our lives, the discipline of it all has bled over into my business ventures & goals. Now that we've accomplished our health goals, Im starting to get that business fire going again as I look to start other ventures..
