Is anyone here an Asterisk/VOIP Engineer?

Is anyone here familiar with the Asterisk platform, a VOIP engineering or know of any? My current project has a VOIP side to it, so please help. Thanks. :thankyousign:

You might try to seek out member 'sprite' he worked ith a firm who did VOIP programming. But it was large scale stuff.

It's part of what I do, but not the main focus, so depending on the specifics & scale and I can probably give you a hand. PM me.

Check out XXXXXXXXXX. They ask you for various information regarding exp, location, etc. to determine what you should be making in your area. You cna change certain factors to find out what people in your field are making in other parts of the country too.

I'm confused... I thought he was after assistance / guidance with some VOIP config, not finding out how much he should be getting paid? Did I misread something? :huh2:

I currently work in a VoIP role as well but we use Cisco hardware/software specifically. I've heard about Asterisk here and there, it's open source right?

i used to do VoIP testing. i worked in the QA department. i didnt' do much with asterisk, but what's the issue you're having?
