Investments worthwhile versus investments not worthwhile

Hi Everyone.

I am currently looking into possible investments for passive income such as a parking space, storage unit or rent out a bike/car.

My plan would ideally be owning apartment/house to rent out but seeing as property is extremely expensive in Ireland at present I am thinking more affordable sources that I could rent out to add to my income besides my salary.

I am wondering about some suggestions of what would be worth investing in or if there are certain things to avoid investing in.

Ridiculous statement, often equivalent to a ridiculous question quite often found here at the forum.

The poker-face for the WANTREPRENEUR are the hypothetical questions about things that are months, perhaps years away, and that’s assuming you get off your a$$ and do something, and do it right!

I can’t count how many times someone asks a question that is so far into the f*cking future, something that may or may not happen, that asking it is pure mental masturbation. An excuse not to...
