I have a good feeling that their is going to be a movement to store images in my field of study.
The images are about 18.5 MB each and would need to store ~1.8 million of them and growing. The images vary in size, but as a general rule vary between 1200 x 1200 to 2000 x 2000 pixels. The images would need to be stored indefinitely, be searchable (they already have an unique identification number assigned) and be able to download by users.
