Should i do fixed price or hourly rate? Which one would be cheaper? I need some modifications on my site done. About 8 features:

1. Craigslist style home page.

2. PM feature

3. Ability to narrow search using the stuff they put in custom fields

4. A cleaner look/theme

5. Facebook integration

6. Anti spam/ bot

7. A way to delete multiple cities fast to shorten it up to the amount craigslist has

8. Maybe some more features when i think of them

I already have the website script and am hosting it. I just need it modified to my liking.
