how often do the speed / trophies update?

I believe speed increases with certain milestones, like amount of likes received.

I believe the speed is still getting disabled, though, just hasn't been yet (unless MJ changed his mind).

I think speed might be disabled too. Mine should have bumped a couple of days ago. Oh well, it's just KPH anyway.

Go to your profile page and click on your speed points. Once you do that, it will pop open a trophies awarded to you. You can click on "VIEW ALL TROPHIES AVAILABLE", to see what you can get. Likes, etc...

Never measure yourself by followers and points. Why I say this, is because if you constantly watch that your emotions and moods always go up and down on sites. Some sites don't even give you accurate info. Sure it's nice to be rewarded, but do you need rewards to boost your confidence? Have it anyway without it. The objective here is to learn and grow, become the best you and be successful. The points may make you feel good or measure your engagement. It doesn't design your character and walking your walk.
