Right now at 2k per month. Net.
In the US, this would normally be poverty wages. However, I don’t pay rent. My employer covers rent and gives me a stipend in addition to my salary. How does this help my Fastlane goal? I get another taste of MRR that’s not bound by time.
The plan is to focus on the behavioral health niche as that’s an industry that I don’t mind working for sixty hours plus.
In addition, per the commandment of Need, I can actually help people solve a real problem in their lives: drug addiction and mental illness.
I've found nothing more satisfying than helping people recover from the horrible malady that almost consumed my own life.
In terms of my results, I was 60 lbs overweight, stuck in a psych ward, and unemployable. At one point, doctors told me that I would permanently be on a toxic dose of medication and have the cognitive level of a ten year old. Today, I’m 60 lbs lighter, mentally stable, and financially secure enough to live 3 years without working. I’ve helped others achieve the same for the better part of seven years pro bono.
Right now, I’m building an audience across social media platforms so I can sell:
Coaching services, which I can then learn from so that I can make content out of and create content systems. (The Healthy Gamer platform, for example.)
The value skew that my service can provide is that it bundles a few services together like SUD counseling, personal training, employment services, and life coaching into one package. The standard package would have each person bill separately to render these services.
My batting average for people that have actually sat down and done the work is 4/4.
And then, in time, create rental systems. (Transitional living, etc. ). I run a transitional living house so right now I’m chilling with ten other dudes. The work can be stressful, but I love it. I get bored out of my mind just sitting in an office.
My goal is to double my effective income every three months by reducing unnecessary expenses and increasing income. I’ve done this for the past few and am looking to keep the ball rolling.
So my main question is how can I make more sales?
