How do you pre-launch?

Ahh...the buzz before the bang!

It is pre-launch time for my team and we have about 3 products that we want to release in the next 3 months. All with about a month in between each. And as you all may know, between the the launch is where the money is made (aka the pre-launch!)

So my question for the product gurus, what is the most efficient way to launch a product in a month's time? What is the timeline and email funnel we drip out to get the buzz going before our product drops?

So far we are....

• going to update the site with 2 blog posts highlighting the benefits of this product (non-sales-y)
• contact all of the bloggers that have been on our podcast/owe us favors
• have emails planned (but don't know the timing, or sequence of these emails)
• locked and loaded with a product that will benefits thousands of our blog followers

With close to 30,000 email subs, I can VERY honestly say that we have not taken advantage of this beautiful list and have thus far taken it for granted. It is time to change that
