I am thinking about a co-op housing community that enables budding entrepreneurs to experiment with their business ideas while benefiting from a secure income and supportive environment. A Business Co-Operative could be marketed to graduates of MBA Programs, and those self made millionaires, who together, can make a team with the book smarts, the street smarts, and the capital required to get rich fast. This co-op could spend lots of money and have members who live in a mansion with a maid, or it could be only a modest building where the biggest priority is making money together while living frugally. The income that the co-op makes could be split equally among the members of the co-op, or in other ways. Those with money would buy themselves in and be the ones who would select the graduates (or other entreprenuers who didn't learn through graduate school) who apply or are nominated to join. What do you think of this idea?

Sounds like you're talking about an Incubator.

Usually, you get government funding (or the government builds it itself).

Very high-tech setup in a newly developed area.

It seems like I've also heard of high-tech businesses forming these.

Do some digging on Business Incubators and see what you find.
