I saw a video about Helpouts by Google on YouTube. It's going to be a great service, I'm sure of it.
There are other ones out there like it (I'm sure Google knew and planned to make their service better) but since Google is a HUGE and trusted brand by so many people, I believe it will dominate that space.
Google can make anything under the Google brand haha...Google Calculator, Google Weather, Google Earth, etc. I think they allow any employee who has a good idea to go with the project with their full support (promoting him in the process).
Any thoughts on Google Domination? I've heard a little about this talk before. Google is a just such a HUGE company with HUGE reach online...they can launch something and get eyeballs on it so easily...which then can take away customers from a competing product or service.
