Hi, I need some advice on what type of partnership I need to setup.
Here's what happens:
I have a friend in another country and we'll be selling a product manufactured in his country. The partnership is 50/50. We'll pay a guy there handling the packaging and shipping for us and we just have to concentrate on sales, refunds, etc.
Sales will be online at the start and if we do well we'll try to expand and do some partnerships in several countries, trying to get some distributors and such.
Each of us have our own business doing some online stuff.
My question is what type of partnership we setup:
1- Create a new company in my partner's country and we then sell to the client worldwide?
2- Create a new company in a tax heaven and use that company to buy from the manufacturer and sell directly to the client worldwide?
3- Manufacturer sells to my partner's company, he then sells to mine and i then sell to the client worldwide?
4- Other option. Which one?
