Good Morning,

I joined this site and forgot about it for a few months. But now I'm back and I figure its time for an introduction. I'm a 29 year old guy who works full time doing computer support. I used to work for a law firm which taught me how to deal with people in some very high stress situations.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to find a mentor? I left my law firm job just over a year ago and I've been adjusting to having free time working right around 40 hours a week instead of eating, sleeping and drinking work. I want to use my free time for something productive, and that's what brought me here. To figure out a better way to live life.

Please let me know if anyone has any posts I should read? I thank you in advance.

Take Care.

I realize this thread is a few weeks old, but have you read "The Millionaire Fast Lane" book? It is probably a great place to start if your looking to go fast lane. I'm still new to all of this, but I know that SCORE offers (Free, I think) mentoring for entrepreneurs, and a wealth of information. There may be a SCORE chapter in your area, check it out.

I've been reading through The Personal MBA, I view every chapter as an informative lecture, and the author gives a reading list at the end of each chapter, so far I've read all of the recommended books and I'm on chapter 4, it's been very helpful as a young inexperienced entrepreneur..
