Hi everyone I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ryan and I currently reside in Miami Beach. Let me first start off with how I can help people in the forum.
1. I am a licensed commercial real estate agent specializing in Multifamily's in the South Beach area. I work for a large international luxury real estate company. I can help with market data and any questions you have about the Miami area.
2. I was a high stakes cash game professional poker player for six years. I played online and live playing as high as 5k buy in. My typical play though was NL1000- NL2000 playing 10-14 6-max tables of NL Holdem. I have played several million hands over my career. I can help people with strategy and pretty much improve anyones game in a short period of time.
3. I know quite a bit about fitness. Specifically the ketogenic diet (low carb) and weight lifting. I would love to help anyone looking for advice. I can help with diet plans and lifting regimes. I am not certified but can tell you what has worked for me. I pretty much follow Intermittent fasting diet for fat loss, muscle gain and health method.
I've had a couple attempts at fastlane so far. I released an Iphone app and made a pretty sizable investment in a startup that I worked at. Both have been failures but I learned a lot from both experiences.
