Quick intro to me - Barry
I have a web design company, designed around 400 websites using my own CMS. Constantly in a rut about what to do next..
I have had multiple decent successes in business and multiple failures. I am always looking for something to do but in the past few years have tried to prevent my self from starting new businesses as I dont want to go through the rigmarole of failure (although I have started and closed 2 businesses in the past 3 years). Really just want to focus on the business I have right now and take it back to being what it was about 8 or so years ago.
I am not looking for a silver bullet. I am looking to stabilise my self and move what I have forward.
Looking forward to interacting here on the forum and giving and taking advice.
