Hi guys, I love what I've seen on this forum and will probably being taking (and trying go give!) quite a bit to it!
A little about myself... going to school for a finance dgree, school is a Cal state so I'm definitely not depending on my credentials for success. I have been playing the money risking game for a while now. 3 years ago I got my start in poker, last year I started in futures trading and have not looked back. I have a medium sized account now and things are looking good.
My end goal is to accumulate LESS money than I earn now, through passive income. (Well if I overshot and earned more I wouldn't complain
) I want to be a commercial real estate investors who deals exclusively with commercial tenant properties one day.
