You're not alone brother! The main goals for 2015 are as follows (in order of priority) :

1) Turn my business idea into reality and make more than 20k profit in this year so I could quit my job.
2) Educate myself as much as possible about all aspects of successful business running.
3) Drop my bodyfat down to 8% and maintain it at that level throughout the year.
4) Have 20k euros saved in my Emergency Fund (now it's 11k).
5) Control my negative emotions towards ignorant people.

That's it for now What about you?

Grinding more this year. I want to beat 2013, 2014, and 2015 with my 2016.

Move faster than you're comfortable with. Produce more results in less time.

If i make a list of goals I won't do them in terms of new years resolutions I wont do them

So instead of ensuring I fail by writing the goals, i wont write the goals

My goals for 2016.

Personal development:

• Start writing a diary;
• Read at least 1 book per 2 weeks;
• Attend 1 networking event per month;
• Continue eat healthy and go to gym and other sports at least 4 times per week;
• Develop skill to focus on one priority at a time;
• Go out of a comfort zone constantly.

Professional goals:

• 1 new long term customer in current business who at the end of year can give me a feedback that I have improved their business trough the year 2016;
• Increase company turnover and profit x3 times;
• Close the sale of at least one of the companies I am currently working on;
• Attract 10 million EUR investments to RE projects currently on the table;
• Participate with the development in one of these projects with my own contribution of at least 1 million EUR (Bank+3F+own savings).
• Help my partner move their production factory from Russia to Latvia.
