Hey guys - recently wrote this guest blog post on Maneesh Sethi's "Hack The System" blog. Some of you might be familiar with it, it's a popular digital nomad/lifestyle design blog, and Maneesh is the brother of Remit Sethi who does "I Will Teach You To Be Rich".
The post was about a little trick I've used several times in my life. In my experience, crafting and shaping a lifestyle that leads to success has come down to implementing and reinforcing good habits in my life, and removing the bad ones from it.
A trick I've learned to help get the ball rolling on a new habit I want to implement has been "finding a gateway drug" - basically a nice, easy starting point which can get me started. In this post I shared my thoughts on the concept of the "gateway drug" and relate it with a couple examples from my life: entrepreneurship, nutrition/fitness, and meditation.
