Great idea, but now what?

I have a great idea for an business- it would mainly be an e-business (related to the cabins). So now what? Do I buy the domain name, assemble the website and then hit the pavement trying to sell other businesses on my idea? ...Or are there other ways that are more efficient to go about things?
