I was thinking about getting a business loan in the future, but have a few questions first.

This loan would be for a B&M business

1. If you put down 25% of the value of the B&M business, can you get the remaining 75% financed no questions asked?

2.Do you think If proper research is done, and then shown to person or persons giving the loan that it will increase the chance of getting the loan? research such as past 2 years revenue, environmental checks, etc..
