Hey Fastlane Forum,

Massive MJ fan here. Read Millionaire & Unscripted and it really changed my perspective on life.

Anyways, I finally got off my a$$ and started to work on my business: arrch. You can find the link to the pre-MPV website here: arrch

Basically, I found that the property rental marketplace process is incredibly broken, especially in large North American cities like Toronto, New York, Vancouver, Seattle, LA... you name it. Competition for listings is incredibly fierce, the application process is severely outdated (i.e. pen and paper), and incumbents like Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist are rudimentary at best. You spend hours searching and searching with no luck guaranteed.

All that to say, I'm looking to streamline the entire rental process to make moving into your new home as easy as possible. Features to be added include things like pre-approved properties, a single sign-up form for all listings, transparent applicant counts, landlord reviews, one click easy apply buttons, listing closing times (like an eBay bid countdown)... all in the name of making the rental process easier than ever.

I've already captured quite a few subscribers via my landing page, but would love to gather some constructive feedback from the community in regard to the principle of the idea in general. Am I missing anything noteworthy, or do others feel like I am onto something? I know there are so many variables / unknowns that could be accounted for, but receiving validation that I am heading in the right direction from like-minded business people in the community would do wonders for the spirit.

Cheers!
