Yes. Pick an exact address in that neighbourhood and you can do 1 mile radius. Be prepared to burn through your target audience quickly/pay a premium.

Here’s another approach using the same tactic. Say you’re a gym and you want to lure in new members. Find the addresses of every gym in your city, plug these into Facebook and target 1 mile radius around each. The logic? You’ll hit the members of these gyms who work/live/pass through these 1 mile radii.

So, I am trying to do hyper-local ad targeting on Facebook. All the way down to just a specific neighborhood. Is there a work-around of the 15-mile radius targeting in Facebook Ads??? Like get the targeting down to 1-mile radius???
